How are PixieDust!Rumbelle and Sea Devil and Mad Wolf? Has PixieDust!Carrie met Jefferson? I think they’d be friends. In the Sparks universe, have Maleficent and Jefferson met Ember? Does Ember bring Belle dead rats (extra protein for pregnant Alpha Mum)? Do Homecoming!Doc and Alice and Ella know about the kiss in the portrait gallery?

Yes, I think Pixie Dust! Sea Devil would get along very well with Jefferson amd Graham. I expect they'd meet at Belle and Gold's wedding :)

I haven't planned anything in Sparks but I like the idea of including Maleficent.

Rereading Pixie Dust and came to this line: “‘Of course I can do that,’ said Mrs Potts, with a sniff. ‘Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve lied to a man.’” First, OMGOSH SQUEE. Second, backstory please

I'm afraid I have no backstory for this quote, but Mrs Potts deserves only good things so let's assume it was justified

For the fic scene stuck in my mind game... Omg so many, SO MANY! Ok, that might shock you but the first that comes to my mind is not smutty, it's the dance scene in Pixie Dust, so beautifully written, you could have cut the UST and the sadness with a knife... For the smutty ones there are so many, but I remember clearly the angry sex in the kitchen in Penance, the threesome in Fire and Ice, and the blowjob under the counter in Gold's shop while he's talking to Regina in TLG...

Awwww, I reread Pixie Dust the other day, and I do love that scene.  Poor babies...

Do you find writing a fic remix as fun/more so than the original fic? And, like, do you notice any tendencies of veering away from/making references to the original stuff?

I think the only two remixes I’ve written are BFAE and Pixie Dust, so I don’t have a huge amount of experience.  Both of these took the same characters but at a different point in their lives, so they’re in different mindsets, which you have to try to get across.  Like in Pixie Dust, Gold is new to the escort game whereas in Neverland he’s been doing it for years and is kind of jaded and weary and 1000000% done.  And in BFAE Belle is ten years younger so has a very different way of looking at things and is way more impulsive.

I guess there are a lot more references back to the source material with BFAE and TLG - with those two I took the same characters but simply imagined what would have happened if they met ten years earlier.  Everything else in that verse stayed the same, so everything that happened in TLG in terms of the Big Bad etc is still due to happen in the future in BFAE.  With Neverland and Pixie Dust, they were totally different stories, as Gold stops escorting at the end of Pixie Dust.  So it was more like playing around in the same verse but heading for a different outcome.

You know, I still want you to do a Pixie Dust remix where after they slept together at the cabin, Belle returns to Gaston to protect Gold but then finds out she’s pregnant. Oh the angst!

I was looking at Pixie Dust again. Any ideas on when it will be updated? We are so close to the end! *cries*

Not this month, that’s for sure.  Maybe in March.
