And finally Twilight Sparkle (basically sci twi but more detailed and a chemist)
Twilight Sparkle was engulfed in her magic studies, and annoyed that she hasn’t gotten her cutie mark yet. One day, she went to apply to Celestias school for gifted students. She was going to hatch a dragon with just her magic. This wasn’t going well until a sonic Rainboom caused her magic to go out of control. The egg hatched and the dragon which is spike, grew to adult size which is very large. But the spell was only half reversed when her magic was back in her control. Her mane now had yellow streaks and her hooves were pink, and she had her cutie mark in magic.
Celestia, very impressed with this, takes twilight under her wing and has her study magic for a long while, until when she realized twilight is barely in touch with her friends, she sent her off to Ponyville. She was met immediately by pinkie pie, and soon met every other element. Her life was relatively calm save for Sombra, and Chrysalis. When she accidentally switched her friends cutie mark and figured out how to fix it, she became a Alicorn, despite not really wanting to be.
She was put under a lot of pressure and stress due to this new responsibility as royalty. She gained a fascination for the sciences over time, especially Chemistry and and Biochemistry. The stress messed with her mind and increased a desire to experiment with her sciences. She relieved her stress by using chemicals and bio warfare on unsuspecting subjects. She tends to use “Science-Magic” mixing science and magic obviously.
