No, I am not. It’s the one thing I don’t want to happen but I know it will anyway because we don’t own our TV art/entertainment and media anymore. The company who produces and manufactures them do, which in the case of Sony and Microsoft - are Big Tech companies.
They have full control over the purchases of their content that they can actually take all of it away.
Whenever they want and however they want.
Without reimbursing you or even offering an alternative.
In a sense - they’re robbing you of your money.
But the phrase “If buying isn’t owning, pirating isn’t stealing” will be very much true if they continue this.
So even if I am okay with digital downloading games, I most definitely do not want that to be the only way to buy and play games because they can do all this shit.
And they are. Right now. Without even sugarcoating it.
What does that tell you?
It tells you that in retrospect, they own you.
The complete opposite way around. That’s frightening.
These are very unethical business practices.
