Change. It’s such a frequent topic in our lives that it happens most of the time without us realizing it. But then... comes the bigger changes.

Right now, even the mod is going through some big changes. This one, is about moving across the world. Which can be very scary and saddening.

But you have to realize that there is a path through everything, you just have to believe it. Change can take a huge toll on you which isn’t very convenient. Coping is easy, just do the things you enjoy, think of the things that make you happy.

Change is inevitable and that is the one factor of change, that never changes. So, prepare for everything embrace the change and it will be much easier in the end game.

Anger Advice

Now, sometimes you may need to calm down because of something bad that has angered you.

It’s a fact of life, and sometimes calming down can be hard. So here is some advice.

Take a breath and calm down. Realize what is making you angry and accept it, if you hold on to it it’ll make the anger worse. The best way to let go of your anger is to vent to someone about it.

And most of all, if the thing/person keeps talking/interacting with you. Block them, or tell them to shut up because you don’t deserve to be treated wrongly.
