Jude all but throws his body weight into Ghost, who has been standing in front of the microwave for the last five minutes waiting for his breakfast to heat up. Ghost gives a shuffle to the side, tilting his head down to peer at his clearly frazzled husband with a bemused expression hidden behind the mask.

“You know, contrary to popular belief, some tasks take ZERO Ghosts.”

All it takes is one hand to grip the back of Jude’s collar, lifting him nearly clean off the ground.

“Bit mouthy today, aren’t you?”

Rumbled out through the mask, bending to wrap an arm around Jude’s neck, keeping him in a chokehold, to which Jude squirms, swinging at Ghost’s sides.

If you ask me, being married to Simon is a lot better.

When I was pregnant with Eli I ate a disgusting amount of pulled pork and ice cream. I also, much to my husband’s dismay, went on a three month long kick where I craved anchovies and cottage cheese.

I’m not proud of any of this.
