HAPPY VALENTINES DAY, JET! * Gives you some candy!*
Alex sighs. It's been a long day. She had returned to the couch to rest and calm down, but she just couldn't fall asleep. She gets up, or at least she tries to, and automatically falls down to the ground, confused, she looks at her friend, who has a horrified look on his face. "Alex, your leg..." The panic sets in as she very slowly looks over. Her leg has been chopped off cleanly several inches above the knee. She begins screaming, not in pain, but in fear. How on earth could she not notice her missing leg? Her screams turn to panicked cries as she tries to get up, but she can't. "Taylor, help! My fucking leg! WHERE IS IT! TAYLOR!" She looks at her friend, still on the couch. Something's different though. Although he seemed horrified to point out her missing limb, he seems oddly calm now. Almost... Vacant... She keeps begging him to help her, but he just stares off into space, not noticing a thing. The blood from cut is pooling around her, and she reaches out for Taylor and keep begging him.
Suddenly Alex snaps up, panting, trembling and tearing up. She's on the ground, by the couch. Like before, she slowly looks back down at her leg, only to be met with immense relief when she sees it still there. Slowly, she gets up, admiring her leg that was missing only a moments ago. "It was only a dream..." She whispers as she slowly makes her way to find Taylor, and tell him what happened. This couldn't have just been a coincidence. It has to do with the aliens, and she knows it.
