Elizabeth finally sat down on the chair in the front desk, filling out some papers and files from patients. She saw a handsome young man walk in, looking rather confused. Elizabeth looked around and all the nurse were busy so she decided to help him. "Hello, sir. Welcome to County General. Can I help you with anything?" She asked, as he approached the front desk.

She was spending some time in New York City, testing U.N.I.T.'s new security system which meant that she spent her day alone in a room with a computer and hacked into the system to her heart's delight; it was fun but rather lonely. That was probably why she ended up in the small pub, she sat the bar by herself, getting rather tired of getting hit on; maybe her little red dress wasn't a good idea for tonight.
