I have a headcanon that Wirt, while growing up, has this underlying fear that he'll wake up one day and completely forget his adventures with Greg in the Unknown, so one day he goes to a souvenier shop and buys a bunch of little figurines of a frog and a bird and a woodsman and such, and arranges them all on his desk so that he never forgets the most important few days of his life. (sorry if this is too dorky)

I'm half Jewish, my dad's side of the family are Lithuanian Jews. I still define myself as Jewish though (mostly because my moms side of the family has 0 interesting heritage, being boring Dutch ppl whose only ancestral trait is "well we're sort of descended from some European princess no ones ever heard of") and it's up to you how you define yourself. U can be Jewish or half Jewish or not Jewish, your cultural identity is ur business only.

Oh i hope I didn’t come off as rude or like I was offended to be called Jewish or anything. It’s just that I don’t know my grandfather, he moved back to Germany when my mum was a little girl. 

It probably would have been different if he stuck around or I grew up with that closeness to the religion.

Can you please actually not harass a bunch of ignorant children Yes they are jackasses yeah they're being cruel to each other But can you not send "hundreds if not thousands of (assumedly hateful) messages" to a bunch of minors for being immature (which is what they are being because they're fuckING KIDS) Do I think what they're doing is ok? No. But would you walk up to a playground fight and start screaming at a bunch of middleschoolers because you didn't like how they were treating each other?

Many of my followers MIGHT not know this, but I am somewhat of a decent person, and I am fully aware how awful and scarring it is to be harassed when your brain is still developing. What I meant by my post is the fact that tumblr, from my understanding, isn’t gonna be very responsible with the power to send them messages that are known to make tumblr lag, at any hour of the day, for up to 500 messages per day.

Now, as I post this, at 6 AM Greenwich Time, 15 hours left. I actually feel pretty bad for them, considering the fact that they can’t close the fanmail box, only block people. So in 15 hours, the first people will unlock fanmail, and as the day continues, more and more people will have fanmail unlocked.

So yeah, another PSA

Don’t abuse the fanmail feature to harass minors.
