Little Notice-type Thing? Or Update?

(( -School's out for me, so I'll be on nearly every day now! -Guess who's old? My birthday's on Thursday. -My grandmother passed away on May 28th. She was in a coma for about two weeks before that, which is why I wasn't here in May. Obviously, I won't apologize for that little hiatus like I usually would, but you deserve to know why I wasn't here. That was a horrible month, and this birthday will be my first without her, so it's hard. Anyway, thanks for your patience and for reading this, if you did. You're all really great!! -- Sally ))

(( Hello, everyone who is still here! (Thank you for your patience.) I was going to make this about why I'm not posting, but I've already talked about that. School. Homework. Tests. Feeling totally uninspired. Instead, I'll talk about when I will post! Luckily, I will be having a spring break! It starts next week, April 1st. I'll be posting a lot then. You won't believe how much I missed all of you. Sorry for the hiatus, it's pretty much over. I hope. ))

ive never actually spoken to her (but ive answered some of her asks on the askblog does that count?)but really she runs a REALLY great Marceline blog (or AT blog in general)her art is also really cool like she's so good with markers i don't even know how they're so clean and everything the concepts she puts into her art are also really cute and creative uwu (im still not over that Fly-mon thing oh my god)

I was tagged in this by: smellensky, who I admit I am completely unfamiliar with, but who follows me and is thus awesome. And realistically who I will investigate shortly, due to this interaction. However, there don't appear to be 11 new questions, so I'll just answer the same set, I guess? (probably going to be too lazy to write my own too)

1. Favourite type of candy? 

White chocolate. Or sour things. Either way.

2. What is something that you are really good at or would like to learn that you don’t tell people about?

I used to be really good at archery. Now I'm only so-so. I'd love to learn how to art better. But I haven't the time or inclination.

3. Favorite Song?

Lately? Mariana Trench - Masterpiece Theater

4. If people were born with crazy colored skin, what color would you want your’s to be?

Pink and white marbled.

5. Apple or pumpkin pie?

Never tried either.

6. Favourite Fairy Tail character?

Shoggoths. I remember reading tales of the multidimensional creatures long into the night in my youth. Ah, good times~

7. Do you wear perfume/ cologne? 

Sometimes. Pretty rarely though.

8. Do you know how to tie a tie?

I only wear the cursed things when I basically have to. Like for a job interview or something. I always have to look up how.

9. Favourite holiday and why?

I observe the solstices and equinoxes, but otherwise, I really don't do holidays. WAIT NO HALLOWEEN BECAUSE THERE IS A CONVENTION THEN. that counts right yeah that totally counts.

10. Describe your dream spouse.

I haven't got a dream spouse. Apologies. Asexual, I don't really spend my time dreaming of another person. Have enough on my hands dealing with my own life.

11. One place anywhere in the world you want to visit.

Australia. It's full of things that hate you and want to kill you, but I still want to see it. until I see a big spider then it's time to leave

Reposting My Contest

(( Okay, so as the title implies, I'm reposting my Adventure Time Fanfiction contest. For this contest, you have to enter an AT fanfiction (obviously.) There are only a few rules, so here you go: The concept of your story is ENTIRELY, COMPLETELY, and FULLY yours. It CAN be a crossover, and it CAN be an AU, as long as YOU created the AU. And finally, no NSFW. 

I'll end the contest on August 25th.

Prizes

1st Place: A commission**, digital or traditional FULL COLOR + BACKGROUND, +  a Finn slap bracelet, & a Jake slap bracelet. I'm not sure if they'll fit you, if not you can use them as bookmarks.

2nd Place: A traditional commission, FULL COLOR, NO background, + a Jake slap bracelet (I got a ton of these things)

3rd Place: A traditional commission, in black & white.
