That's it, she was officially calling it quits! She was absolutely lost and there was no way she'd be able to make it home by tonight, neither her, nor her carpet would be able to stay up for that long.
She sighed and bit her thumb, trying to think of what to do next. "Let's land and find a place to sleep before the sun completely sets, then see if we can make it back by tomorrow night." She said aloud and began to lower the carpet to the ground.
As the clouds parted, Aladdia could see a small kingdom surrounded by water. "Over there!" She pointed and headed in that direction. She landed the carpet in the woods and told him and Abu to stay out of sight and meet here tomorrow morning.
They parted ways, and she noticed there was a small market place. Most vendors were closing up shop but she noticed a few that were still open. She made her way over to one whose vendor was busy else where. Perfect, she thought. She reached her hand over to snag the clear squares, only to be stopped by a giant four-legged animal stopping her path and shoving its nose into her face.
It startled her enough to fall to the floor and she watched in horror as the animal stomped closer and closer to her.
