The worst Curse imaginable
Jefferson should have been used to it by now, the sights and sounds of this new land, coupled with the pain of memories he knew were not his own. He should have been used to seeeing his own child, his flesh and blood look through him, as though he was no one of consequence when she had been the best person in his life. He should have been used to listening the wolf and her grandmother snarking at each other and the two queens running into each other every day. He should have been used to this world, having lived the same day again and again, but he wasn't. And all it took was running into a very familiar face oustide the pawn shop for him to be reminded all over again that he didn't belong in this world.
