Meet Red and Lily!

... Has it really been almost a year? Wow..

Sorry there haven't really been any updates! I've mainly been focusing on other stories and Ocs of mine as of late. (Not that I've forgotten about the Otakuverse, they're still my babies ^^ They're just kinda on the back burner for now)

I am working on writing up some more lore to post on here tho. Some universe lore, more character introductions, an original species, you know, the works. Anyways here's a lil silly doodle of Lily :3

So I’ve realized that I’ve never actually mentioned anything about the actual story.. (probably because it’s still a big WIP lol)

I guess I should fix that!

Basically it follows Lily (and friends) through her sophomore year. The year starts off pretty normal aside from some tension with one of her new classmates. 

However everything goes sideways when a fire burns down her house with her still trapped inside. Miraculously she survives, saved by a force (or perhaps.. a being?) unknown. 

However, after waking up in the hospital and making a surprisingly strong recovery, she discovers that she now has magical powers. Cue equal measures panic and excitement. So now not only does she have to navigate highschool and all its pitfalls, but learn to control her newfound powers. 

Thankfully her friends and a mysterious new mentor are here to help her out.

However, unbeknownst to them, a threat lurks in the shadows, and he’s none too happy with this turn of events.. 

A/N: I’m not writing/explaining this very well.. Mainly because I’m not sure how much to give away or what exactly is canon yet.
