"Dad! It's nothing, really! Don't hurt him! He promised he wouldn't do it again!" the girl shouted, trying to hold her father back and explain reason to him, her swollen eye throbbing and burning from her fresh wound, tears pooling her uninjured eye.
Kuroo was fuming mad; the one thing he hoped he’d never have to see was his little girl all beaten with a black eye. His heart sank at every minor cut and scraped knee, and he couldn’t even think when she had came home looking like that. He was furious and that stupid rich kid who thought he could touch his daughter deserved the same treatment, he thought. Kuroo probably already broke the kid’s arm and he looked terrified. Though he wanted to do more, he didn’t want to go to jail; his little girl needed her daddy around, especially if she was hanging around shitheads like this. So he got right in his face, eyes showing nothing but anger.
"It’s one thing to make m’ little girl cry." He started, gritting his teeth as he willed every inch of his body not to throw him in the street and run him over with his car. "That alone would put ya in a world of pain. But now that you’ve touched my daughter, I’ve got no pity for ya, ya little shit. Now ya go home crying to mommy like the piss baby you are, and if I find out you’ve been within ten feet of m’ little girl, then it’s not home you’ll be going to, or jail ferr that matter. I’m goin’ to send ya right t’ th’ hospital. Ya got that?" Kuroo spat in the boy’s face and kicked him off of his front porch before hugging his daughter tight in his arms. "Don’t worry, little angel. No one’s going t’ hurt ya anymore."
