That anon was probably just being silly, but there is an actual condition called 'inverted nipple' that makes your nipple retract into your chest. It's more common in females than males, albeit still very rare.

after a short conversation with a friend who seems to be an expert on this topic (thx fish) and a precursory google image search and short glance downwards i can verify that my nipples definitely do not look like that

I wouldn’t say for certain, he does share certain qualities with Mr. Garcia (skin tone, scruffy hair, longish face with a tall nose) but not quite exactly (Garcia’s head is rectangular while that guy’s is oval...ular). Plus their hairstyles are totally different. You could make the argument he changed his hairstyle later on by getting a short cut and his hair is naturally kind of wavy and back then he used to straighten it, but I think drastic changes in a character’s appearance like that in fiction usually don’t happen unless they’re specifically related to aging or a major change in the character. I think that guy’s just supposed to be Isabel’s dad (whose last name is likely Guerra, mind you)

I actually have MH4U on my 3DS XL and yeah turning the camera is rather odd. It's not quite what I would want to use for that

you need the d pad or touchscreen right? touchscreen just doesn’t sound good in a game where the face buttons are so important and dpad is impossible to move at the same time... so you’d need to rely on using l to turn towards the monster or where you’re facing which i never do so i’d need a lot of time to get used to that
