@bokketo : “ so hear me out. ” // clint's vigilante verse @ carson maybe?? accepting : end credits.
Many do not believe in people like him. There are days where he thinks that these people are right, and other moments where he wonders: who can you trust when the law fails you? He’s been wronged by the police once—one time is more than enough—and though it hadn’t been here, in America, he’s seen enough in his day, knows enough about history, that it all feels the same. People unable to get the justice or answers they deserve because it’s not a pressing priority, or that there’s ‘not enough evidence’. When you’re somebody like him, someone who has now been gifted with powers, what else is there to do but use it to help? Is he supposed to lay around and do nothing? “I’m here, aren’t I?” If he hadn’t believed in Clint to begin with, he wouldn’t be here at all. “Learn something new, or is there someone that needs a little talking to?” It’s easy for him to not have to resort to violence. Unless one is carrying a saw, matches, or a lighter, a wooden prison is no fun.
