Are ASMR anything like binaural beats? I like Binaural stuff a lot, it helps me sleep when anxiety gets the better of me, but it's only a few tones, not really.... a multitude of sounds. So I'm kinda wondering if they're similar, would ASMR be good for sleepies?
ASMR could be good for sleeping!! It’s not like binaural beats in which they harmonize sounds and use those to match your brain waves! ASMR are people with soothing voices talking, close to the microphone, and it incites that reaction, the tingling along your neck and scalp, and a lot of people find it soothing, (or, in some cases, arousing), so it could possibly help with sleeping!!
