What if I changed my muse? Do I apply again?

Hello! I'm sorry if this sounds really silly but about the rent for the apartment do we get a sudden notification from you to pay?

Our activity checks, that are conducted every two or three weeks, serves as our “rent notice”. Unless you are marked with an non-expired hiatus, every tenant living in the apartment complex (no matter how new you are) is required to reblog that post within the week it is posted. Failure to comply will leave you without a place to stay, which in turns vacates your face claim spot and apartment room number respectively.

I literally always ask people to be roommates, but they never answer....I would at least like a reply.

Well, seeing as tumblr is often hungry sometimes messages and such get eaten so please try to keep that in mind but for the most part—to the rest of the family members:

If someone messages you with a roommate request please try to respond to them (if you get the message), even if you don’t want a roommate that’s fine but at least have the decency to reply to them stating in a polite manner that you’re not interested.
