I need to do an aso/tng crossover but I also need to rewatch both. Ugh. Let Geordi and Frank be competent engineers with weird interests and trouble finding love.

@sunflower-silliness has inspired me to post part of my ASO/Pokemon thoughts, and coincidentally I started making a slideshow about it today, though I’ve been stewing over it for probably about a year.

I only have Dave and Frank done, but if anyone has any other characters… lmk

I’ve included their hometown/region, starter pokemon, trainer class (as well as what generation/design is closest), other pokemon, and a significant wild pokemon.

As a bonus, I think for PMD, Dave would be an Absol (omen pokemon, thought to affect luck, dog-like) and Frank would be an Archen, later Archeops (fossil pokemon, enjoys both running and flying, underrated 😂)

Trying to develop a silly Star Trek/Space Odyssey AU and it’s going……. alright.

There’s two ways it can go though:

1. Crossover where the characters are suddenly part of the Star Trek universe and try to figure out what caused the shift and it plays out like a normal episode

OR

2. Canon retelling but it’s Star Trek

The first one has the potential to be funny, but the second one would be heavy on backstory. I’m leaning towards the first one, though.
