Daily Message for Tuesday, January 5th, 2016
The card that came through for this reading was “Reach For Your Dreams”, with the number 30 and message of, “I am the creator of my own dreams and achieve them with confidence.” I was guided to choose from the Conscious Spirit Oracle Deck by Kim Dreyer.
The imagery in this card tells a story that we are being guided to interpret and follow within our own lives as it may fall in alignment with our hearts.
There is a mountain in the background with flowing, almost glowing water. It looks as though downstream there is a woman reaching towards a bright light. Notice how the color of the woman’s dress is such a similar color to the water, and the ground she is sprouting from is the same shade as the mountain. She is next to a growing plant, showing what time and nurturing can do for the soul to help it bloom.
Feel into your own heartspace and intuition, for there are different aspects of this process that each of us are within. For some of us, we are just starting to plant a seed of newness and evolution. We are taking all that we are and have been and pouring our own love and wisdom into that seed, allowing it the time to gestate and then come to fruition.
As we are just covering the soil over this seed, we’re being encouraged to go deep into appreciation for ourselves and how far we have come. With planting this seed, we are also letting go of all that does not serve us any longer. They are things to hold appreciation for, and to give thanks for. They have taught us and brought us many things that our heart needed to experience, even if some of those things may have been painful or difficult to go through. Without those experiences, one would not be who or where they are- whether that is a happy place or one that is still in development, it’s a pivotal part of existence.
The things that no longer serve us are asking to be let go of, to be buried within the soil so that it may give its wisdom and experience to this seed as it transforms into the next stage. What was, will not contaminate what will be. Do not allow perception to be skewed by energies and feelings that are lower in resonance than your own Divinity. Everything holds importance and grace, remember that as you let it go.
For some of us, we are the tiny growing sprout next to the woman. Its leaves are working to stretch and point towards the sun, it is spreading its growth in wonder at the new opportunities. This plant also holds humble reflection upon what it came from. Wonder comes with wisdom, though they are often separated. One cannot be filled with wonder if they do not have the knowing that each experience is filled with meaning and purpose. The gestation period is giving this plant time to integrate with all of the nutrients it has had, and what it is still allowing from the soil, water, and sun.
If you are in a place of newness, and just coming above ground, stay settled where you are. Do not look around to see which other plants are ‘ahead’ of you, or which ones are ‘behind’. You need not pay attention to the woman in the sun, or the seed in the ground. You are where you are because it is where you need to be. Know that from that which you came, will help you grow into that which you need to be. Honor the cycles and whatever stage you are in. Your growth is your own, and it is ever so important to honor where you are in life.
There’s also a beautiful message saying that if you feel as though you are one of the keepers of the land, those who help tend to the soil and growth of those in these stages then hold true to that loving cultivation- or even if you know that you are the mountain, one who is steady and tall. Sometimes it’s not easy for those who we help and teach to advocate back to you their appreciation- they are in a growth stage, focused on their own heart so that they may look into yours and send you love from theirs. It is also important for the caretakers and teachers of this world to allow time for appreciation and subtle growth for themselves. You are ever so appreciated and thought of, now start thinking of yourselves that way.
Finally, there are those who are in their last stages of growth within the ground. You are starting to move your legs beneath the surface, let loose some of the roots. You’re learning to tap into Divine Light and Wisdom, and apply that lovingly. I love how the woman’s eyeshadow is green, further hinting that once she too was a growing plant. And that in her newness she has her vision set on love, and that is where her intentions lie.
Hold onto your love and your wonder, it is needed in this world and you are the perfect one to help this spread.
You are not completely above ground yet, keep your intentions and focus on your continuing growth. You are still soaking in the love from the soul, and learning your connection to this world and your roots so that you may keep ahold onto those knowings as you walk upon the surface of the land. This is a very important step, and the woman in the picture is not in any rush to leave. She too is honoring her place and where she is. She is receiving nodes and notes from the sun and sky above, things that will help guide her in her journey.
You are loved, and you ARE love. Live within that love, for love, and express it. It’s the most powerful thing that helps us grow.
