He draped an arm across the girl’s shoulders, the apparently casual gesture artfully masking a sudden, overwhelming swell of vertigo. ❝ We’re on our way home. Lighten up. ❞ he added, tone suddenly dark as a sickly ache throbbed to life behind his eyes, dissolving his euphoria and hurtling back to sobriety, where he landed in a crumpled, miserable pile. How he detested reality.

“Don’t what?” She asked, a wide grin visible on her lips as she approached the young female with a dagger in her hands, the tip of the blade digging into her own index finger. The blonde haired female had caught her in the middle of her kill and so she must dispose of this one, as well. She would have been fine if Momo didn’t catch her but the gas and unnecessary noise that came out of her lips made it impossible for the killer brush it off. The fear in the other person’s eyes were real and quite fascinating; she loved watching her victims cower before their death. As she continued to approach the other, the smirk only grew wider once the body in front of her hit the wall, thrusting the dagger against the wooden panel, her free hand resting against the wall only to entrap the female. “You should’ve just left quietly.” She whispered in a rather harsh tone, her lips brushing against the other’s ear before letting out a soft giggle. “And now.. I’ll just have to dispose you.”

        Hardly audible against the music saturating the space, faint laughter erupted from the pair as the elder, the boy, swung and twirled the girl at the end of his outstretched arm, his own feet working rhythmically beneath him.  The exact reason for their display remained ambiguous ( even to them ), but they kept at it all the same. Jeonghan had felt apprehensive at first, wary, given his nearly nonexistent dancing experience, but after the first few ridiculous steps, he began to let loose and savor the moment, becoming lost in the music and in Minju’s smile.
