Like most rainy days Sebastian had wandered down to the Pier to watch the ripples in the ocean from the water drops. It seemed alright early in the morning, the rain was light enough that he could stay out there. But the farther it got in the day the worse the weather took and it actually got to the point where it was thundering and lightning close enough to him that Sebastian actually considered it dangerous.
His house was on the opposite end of the town though and he didn't dare venture in the storm with the risk of getting struck by lightning or knocked into the river from the wind. So, with a few quick steps, he headed over to Elliott's cabin and knocked on the door, rubbing his arms to keep a bit warm. When the door popped open Sebastian gave him a small smile. “Would you mind if I hid out here till the storm passes, Elliott?”
