Ok so my break has been a lot busier than I thought, sorry for not getting back on the Spanish practice :( I had a lot of fun doing that, but I just found something exciting that I have to tell you! Through my library I was able to find a book called, "Teach Yourself Afrikaans". Idk if you've already heard of it but the name explains it really, and after just a couple days, ek kan verstan 'n bietjie meer afrikaans. It's a great resource and I thought if you wanted you should check it out!

omg what that sounds great :D but I just got a bunch of new language books today so it’ll be a while before I get something new (also I’m focusing on Polish German and Czech now because of a school trip)

I was waiting all week to respond because school has been a pain recently but now it's spring break! So yeah, I would like to practice my Spanish. We'll start easy. ¿Como estás? ¿Como fue tu día?

¡¡¡Estoy óptimo porque acabo de ser aceptado a una otra universidad (NYU)!!! Al otro lado, estoy cansado porque he estado afuera por todo el día. El día lectivo me pasó normalmente, pero mi mochila era más pesado porque tenía mi ordenador conmigo por trabajar en mi ensayo inglés. Después de la escuela, tomé comida antes de reunirme con el coro en que canto. Este coro de mi escuela competió hoy en la única competición en que competimos por todo el año. Recibimos un premio de plata, ¡paciencia! ¿Y tú? ¿Tu día?

Omg sorry I didnt respond last night! I did see u answer those asks! Long story short I got busy real quick and when I was back on I thought it was too late at night to message :'( Anyways, to answer your question, I think it actually would be nice to practice "mi español" a bit, though it may be rusty

My computer sometimes won't send messages on tumblr, but I wait a bit to re send just in case, but anyways, I'd have to say I got into languages because of my Spanish class. It was the first class to spark an interest in me, and so I worked really hard in it, and somehow I found the tumblr language community. Learning a bunch has caused me to neglect Spanish, but if it weren't for that class I wouldn't have found my passion!
