Hi everyone i am new to the void state and I have no idea what it is and how to enter it but i was reading 2 posts on tumblr and in one post it said "the void is not a medative state" and the other post said "the void is just a medative state nothing special" but now im confused because everyone says different things now my question is how do I actually enter it? What is it? what it is not? Whats a simple method I can do that works please I am very confused I would appreciate it very much if someone with experience explained to me the void state or suggested me correct posts🫶🏻🫶🏻 and once someone tells me and I figure it out I promise I will help anyone who is just as confused as me and we will all win

What do you think about the void state? Or the misconceptions about it if there are any, or maybe just talk about it idk

Also how do you usually meditate?

imo the void state is just another made up concept & an appearance. the whole concept is limiting tbf & unnecessary but wtv floats ppls boats. some label it as “awareness/pure awareness/consciousness” but you’re already that now…so unnecessary.

& when i do meditate it’s usually something normal, i might do self inquiry or just lay on my back in silence observing everything. i do catch myself doing it midday sometimes. it depends on how i feel really. as of recently, i’ve been starting my days with meditation and ending them with it as well which has been pretty good for me!! i also have a meditation playlist which has been a very helpful tool.

I’m going to leave THIS reality and live as much as can in MY reality

I think the most calming part of shifting for me is knowing that I’m going to leave this reality—which doesn’t belong to me—and return home. I feel more at ease knowing there is another way and that, at some point, I’ll be there: with my friends, my family, my hobbies, and even my problems but at home.

Perhaps the hardest part of shifting is the feeling of not being there yet and desperately wanting to be. I don’t think I feel that desperation anymore, though; instead, there’s a longing to return to a place I’ve never actually set foot in—to go home by venturing into the unknown.

I just know that everything will be better there; it won’t feel the way it does here. It will be an endless series of new beginnings that, for the first time, I’m ready to face. I’m ready to be brave, for once.

I can’t wait to go home

How did you enter the void state?

Hi anonymous!! Usually it's with meditation but recently I entered the void just listening to the Swan Lake ballet and visualizing, when I realized it I was already super relaxed and just void! It was very quick and I intend to try again! 🥹
