The above article is about 2 artists who rigged a parcel with a remote webcam and sent it to Julian Assagne in the Ecuadorian Embassy. It tested if the parcel would get to him (and not intercepted by security forces) and the process it went through by photographing set stages. Assange was informed as it was sent. Presumably to stop him thinking it was a letter bomb.
