Taking things one day at a time could be a challenge sometimes. Some days they had good days, some days they had bad days. They were both trrying to recover from trauma, from mental disorders. At the end of the day Steve was always glad to have Bucky back, and that every day was a better day in his new present life. All he wanted was for her to be okay, Steve was happy when she was.
They weren't as intimate as they used to be, but that was okay. Whenever Bucky was ready she would come to him, would let him know. He woul wait for the entire world when it came to her. Time was healing them slowly but surely, and he was starting to fully regain who they used to be. The words did take him by surprise, not as much as it would have, but enough to make him curious. He didn't want to pressure her though, didn't want to make her do anything that she didn't want to do.
"Oh yeah? You want to talk about it?"
