My note about cookies made a bit of an impression!
@mordenheim, I am well aware of the danger posed by the linked parameters that you warn of! Like a close by Black Hole, it remains difficult to avoid!

About 1/2 cup each of flour and sugar, 3tbsp brown sugar, 4-5tbsp powder milk(optional), 1/2tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 1/4cup oil, 1/2cup baking chips (chocolate, caramel, or the like)
Preheat oven to 400F.
Stir all ingredients together. Add water by a tablespoon at a time to make a sticky dough. Put on ungreased cookie sheet or pizza pan by rounded teaspoons. Space 1 1/2 to 2 inch apart. Bake about 10 min.
Cookies will seem soft. Cool and eat. Makes about 20 cookies
