Ok I’m rereading a simple thing again and I just noticed that when Din infiltrates Gella’s Place he uses An Gari disc to protect himself… when Gari is the (unintentional) reason they’re in danger at that point. And now I’m emotional. Why would you do this to me personally

when given the option, I chose violence (clever applications (or what I think are clever applications) of irony) every time!

there's a scene where din sees boba's back and observes that he had, at some point, been whipped. do we find out what's that about and i missed it??

since din and boba got married, did he and luke ever end up meeting? if so, how many people died?

OH HEY OH HI thanks for stopping by!! i have two (kind of) answers for you:

i went back through my heap of boba character notes and didn't find anything that i had specifically in mind! from what i can tell, i meant that line about boba's scars as a shorthand "yo boba's life kind of sucks" and a point of connection for din, who also has a ton of scars. that's all i have about that, sorry!

yo you can't do this to me. you can't. my brain is trying DESPERATELY to go haring off after the idea of boba fett rocking up to the jedi temple one day to collect his kid from magic school and not so subtly attempting to bully luke into tell him him where han solo is, boba just wants to talk to him, that's all, really, no need to get so defensive, it's not like han solo killed me on accident, skywalker, and i really just wanna talk to him about it -- (realistically, though, grogu has been LOUDLY talking up his new green dad to all of the jedi for several months. none of the jedi are afraid of boba any more, because it's really hard to be afraid of a man who you've seen covered head-to-toe in muck in a force memory because grogu didn't to make like a bantha and wallow in the biggest mud pit he could find, forcing boba to come in after him.)
