I Need Protection

BG3 x DBH

Based on my headcanon back to 2018 about little boy Elijah building prototype Chloe to protect himself. Then it became my first BG3 headcanon right after I bought the game last August accidentally.

Going through all the origin introduction videos I was like "wait this vampire sounds like Neil? He IS Neil??? wait this tiefling is a cyborg with a mechanical heart? Damn that's Kamski and his Chloe prototype, I'm game and they will be my one true pairing!"

And they are.

Although this headcanon became OOC after I dug into the characters, I'm still happy that I finally managed to make it a mini comic anyway.

I couldn't decide which haircut i should keep so i kept both lol

Karlach and Astarion’s romance yields so much unique dialogue that makes the other romances feel repetitive. These two have so many fun interactions together romanced and platonic that it really makes you appreciate how well the writers collaborated and how deeply they knew their characters. It makes for such a satisfying and intriguing romance especially that the others don't hold a candle to.

Wanted to do some Astarion x Karlach appreciation because I love these two together so much! They belong together! Their love is so tender and sweet.
