Bell was wandering, humming a tune to herself when she came upon this place. "Well now what's this?" She asked to no-one, not noticing the mon. "A town? Why's this here?" (Bell from @mtoaultra)
Aster immediately turned towards the stranger, what a peculiar sight ... he has never seen such a pokemon like this before. An Eevee? no ... too large for an Eevee ... He can definitely feel a ... peculiar energy coming from the stranger but made his best attempt to not overthink the situation.
“Hello! Excuse me ... I assume you are new here?”
He calls out to the stranger in his usual cheery tone as he put away his lute for a bit. Is his voice loud enough to be heard ... ? Maybe it was too loud ...
“This is Lunaris Vox if you are wondering what this place is ... welcome!”

So... you're taking care of kids...? Is this, like... some kind of orphanage, or town?...
Aster was admittedly startled for a bit upon hearing someone else’s voice, almost letting go of his lute. Nonetheless, he turned to face the nameless to answer their question.
“Goodness ... you surprised me there but it's alright ... I tend to get panicky when someone unexpected starts speaking to me. Now as for your question yes, this is a town, and this area you’re standing in is the town proper.”
“My job here is taking care of the young ones but mainly I’m just one of the bards. Hope you are welcome here in Lunaris Vox though, it’s relatively safe here from the outside.”
