At around 7:14 the first attempt at asteroid deflection will be made. If I recall correctly the original plans for such a mission started in the 90s around the same time as the movie "Deep Impact" (or before Elijah Wood became a Hobbit...) ...I'm a little curious why they waited so long 🤔 ...
