This prob sounds a little niche, but what aspects/asteroids would make someone cry a lot? Being emotional prob falls into the same category, but I'm moreso wondering the significance of tears and sadness, seeing as sometimes tears hold a lot of energy being released. Hope that makes sense!

chiron (2060): part of their wound and healing in all regards.

cyane (403): becomes a puddle of tears after failing persephone.

echo (60): mourned narcissus until she herself died from sadness.

klytia (73): loved the helios - became depressed and died when he rejected her.

lacrimosa (208): comes from the latin "weeping" or "tearful" - the story itself is about a divine grief.

niobe (71): never stopped crying after the loss of her children.

ophelia (171): tragic character - drowns in her own feelings and is overwhelmingly melancholic.

orpheus (3361): after traveling to the underworld and failing to bring his wife back, orpheus is never the same and in most versions becomes depressed.

planetary things

cancer (4°, 16°, 28°) and/or pisces (12°, 24°) stellium: emotional sponges :).

12h stellium: these people are what i like to call emotionally porous...

cancer (4°, 16°, 28°) and pisces (12°, 24°) moon: prone to being sensitive and crying easily.

12h moons: tends to cry in solitude and/or when they are overwhelmed.

moon negatively aspecting venus: tends to cry a lot of the time from pain and hurt in their love life.

moon-saturn: they tend to repress their emotions then suddenly they can't not release them.

moon conjunct neptune: these people are empaths and tend to get psychically overloaded.

moon negatively aspecting neptune or pluto: prone to intense emotional experiences.

pisces (12°, 24°) venus: cries over anything they find beautiful/moving.

Clytie was the daughter of Oceanus and Tethys thus she was an Oceanid. In Metamorphoses by Ovid, Clytie was a lover of Helios, the sun god. Helios, however, turned his attention away from Clytie to Leucothea. Clytie was jealous and told Leucothea's father, Orchamus, about his daughter's impure relations with the sun god. In turn, Orchamus buried his daughter alive. Clytie believed that with Leucothea gone that Helios would return to her, but he only grew to hate her. Clytie was depressed and desperate for the attention of Helios, so she laid out on the rocks near her home along the shore. For nine days, she laid there naked without eating or drinking. On the ninth day, she transformed into a flower, the heliotrope (in some versions, she becomes a sunflower). IN MY OPINION Klytia in a chart can represent a) who you adore most, b) where you feel rejected by the person you love most, c) how you get revenge on the people you are jealous of, and/or d) romantic related depression.

i encourage you to look into the aspects of klytia along with the sign, degree, and house placement. for the more advanced astrologers, take a look at the persona chart of klytia!
