He was laying on top of them, gathering some of the sun's days while he slept - waiting for the Doctor to come back to the TARDIS. But he had woken when the person's shadow blocked the path of the sunlight. "Do you mind?" He spoke up. "Some of us are trying to sleep, you know."

Standing at the console of her TARDIS, the Professor was typing some coordinates and numbers onto the keyboard, humming in thought, as the TARDIS was in its flight. She could, however, sense that there was someone else now with her. Rey. She smiled to herself, her hands coming to rest on the edge of the planet. “I was thinking we go to Isao,” she said.

the black helmet is pulled off their head, layers of frizz smoothed over with one gloved hand as she twisted her head from side to side and cracked her neck.  discernment kept the loyalist continually occupied upon escapades across star systems, yet a return is consistently made.  throughout their life, certain only blessed echo in one category: purpose.  the target of which fluctuated: a temple, a knighthood, a new order.  tempered beats stay even despite uncertainty when dark orbs settle upon the imposing figure of their newest loyalty.  rey.  one a scavenger marked for death, now... above nearly all else.  pause still taken, somber gaze doesn’t hesitate to meet hers.  submission lies secondary to respect.

“there’s nothing left of any resistance in the yavin system.”  fallacious rumors floated through word of mouth among those willing to speak, usually seeking leniency or good favor among the new order.  “nor any sign of sensitive children.”

     she never really had an audience with leia before so when nesota heard the general was calling for her, it made a pit form in her stomach. while everyone was considered “important” in the resistance - and that everyone played a vital role - the young varn woman never thought that of herself. she believed herself to be on the low totem pole of it all ; that’s what made this meeting so surprising.

     quietly she walks into the command room, immediately feeling out of place. some glances were flashed her way but the woman pressed forward towards her elder.   “ you asked to see me, general? ”

       LYDIA’S   UNCANNY   ERUDITION   had   been   essential   to   life-and-death   solutions,   but   who   would   she   be   without   her   compassion   ?   academia   can’t   love   her   back,   and   she   can’t   imagine   the   empty   void   in   her   world   without   her   friends.   her   pack.   her   heart.   she   would   give   up   anything   for   these   people   in   a   heartbeat,   even   if   this   meant   sacrificing   HER   OWN   LIFE.    she   doesn’t   have   to   make   a   choice   when   she   already   knows.  ❛   i   will   always   choose   my   friends,   ❜   she   says   with   a   poignant   half   smile.   she’s   had   a    taste   of   memory   erasure,   a   spell   of   anguish   &   darkness   she   hopes   NEVER   to   encounter   again   ---   what   would   her   life  be   without   her   friends   ?    ❛   claws   ...   glowing   eyes   ...   psychic   powers    are   definitely   appealing   for   obvious   reasons,   but   my   friends   were   there   for   me   before   they   knew   i   was   a   BANSHEE ,  before   they   had   any   idea   i   was   smart   ...    and   even   if   i   wasn’t,   i   would   still   want   them   in   my   life.        ❜

    first   of   all,   thank   you   so   much   for   asking   !   there   are   definitely   a   couple   of   personal   &   intellectual   areas   lydia   can   improve   on.   

she   needs   to   let   herself   feel   the   full   effects   of   emotions   as   they’re   happening   &   give   herself   permission   to   enjoy   the   positive   things   as   they   happen.   she   tends   to   be   preoccupied   with   DEATH   (  obviously  ),  what   could   go   wrong,   how   long   it’ll   last   or   who   she’ll   lose   next.   she   can   be   TOO   withdrawn   &   reserved,   giving   herself   an   unintentional   illusion   of   being   frigid  /  indifferent   because   she’s   been   through   so   much   trauma   and   doesn’t   want   to   open   herself   up   to   that   kind   of   pain   again   &   she   needs   to   stop   fastidiously   repressing   and   glazing   over   her   feelings   or   pretending   they   don’t   exist.   she’s   very   internal   &   enigmatic,   and   she   can   be   highly   emotional   but   she’s   created   an    art   of   hiding   it.   however,   this   isn’t   healthy   because   she’s   missing   out.   we   know   how   much   she   regret   what   she   didn’t   get   to   tell   stiles   after   the   wild   hunt   took   him,   somewhere   people   typically   never   come   back   from.   what   is   she   waiting   for   ?   she   needs   to   BE   HONEST   WITH   HERSELF   about   her   feelings,   and   stop   minimizing   them   or   explaining   them   away   with   some   scientific   or   chemical   phenomenon.   because   she's   been   hurt   &   knows   loss,   she's   TOO   CAUTIOUS   even   with   people   she   loves.   but   to   live   an   honestly   fruitful   life,   she   needs   to   stop   bottling   things   up   out   of   pride   &   fear   and   allow   herself  to   be   expressive.  she   needs   to   let   herself   be   present,   not   lost   in   the   unknown. 

regarding   supernatural   knowledge,   lydia   is   able   to   communicate   with   spirits   of   the   dead.   she   can   interact   with   apparitions,   but   she   wants   to   learn   more    about   the   veil   between   her   world   &   the   other   side   and   how   to   contact   them   at   will.   GHOSTS   have   been   known   to   access   more   secrets   &   information   than   other   banshees   and   have   helped   her   on   occasion,   but   if   there’s   a   way   to   talk   to   allison   &   lorraine   as   she   pleases,   she   wants   to   know.
