yes try this go outside with the music somehow if possible or play through window and stare at sky be in shade and put your hands above your head with eyes closed and then imagine them there and you will astrally project like nothing you have ever experienced its important there is nothing between you and stars that is why outside in blue sky no clouds too just blue
