"The Vegetarian Vampire" is about the repression of the shadow side, and how that can lead to never knowing who you truly are. This song is about facing your shadows, owning your imperfections and then becoming who you are meant to be. Since writing this song, a lot has changed for me in my life. I feel much more stronger and more confident than I’ve ever been. I feel like I know myself better now. However I still find myself figuring things out. Which is ok! It takes time. The key is learning to love yourself; both your lights and your shadows :)”

This EP Beauty in Brutality is about accepting and fighting the demons in your mind, rising above them. I started this project in January writing Headlights and eventually it just became a whole project about my struggles with OCD recovery, depression and trauma. I was supposed to release this a few months ago, but was very hesitant, because I'm not particularly proud of the quality and feel like it's a bit too dark. Sorry about the delay. Anyway, I hope you enjoy and thank you for following. I have lots of new songs in the making, very excited to share them with you so stay tuned. x
