This is one of those mods that I’d be SERIOUSLY sad if I lost. To me, the computer game noise is the most obnoxious in the game, to the point where I’d put it in a far corner of the lot or just not let my sims have computers.
But above is Astrid Vinter (I’m still trying to get used to that hat), pulling a weird face and playing computer games at the kitchen table and all I hear is blissful silence. The computer still dings when they turn it on, so not completely perfect for a themed game like medieval or if you’re using computers disguised as typewriters or a book, but pretty close.

There’s lots of other silencing mods on the link above too - the page is called Shut The Flock Up Sound Effects. You could silence the ice cream truck, bicycles, sprinklers, TV, fire engine, and lots of other sound effects. You do need to register for the site to download, but there’s so many great mods and other content on there.
