The natural world is a place of fascination for Zora. She thinks that the world is a place that she always wants to learn more about - especially the strange and unusual things that occur in nature that can’t easily be explored. 

it’s an endless place of wonder and a little bit of danger.

Zora is a lot sadder than she often cares to show. She has a lot of anxieties about feeling really alone  and she just worries a lot about being cared for. She carries a sense of melancholy that tends to undermine the positive vibes that she tries to give out.

The loneliness tends to undercut any kind of contentment that she achieves.

Zora is a strong supporter of LGBT issues - and feels like there are a lot of room for growth in terms of gender recognition and identity. She tries her best to be a solid supporter especially since she is a member of the groups albeit in somewhat more obscure ways (agender, gray-ace, gray-romantic)

ENAMEL GRITS. the crowns of pearly whites gnashing along their twins – stoic expression corrupted with a muted rage. internally – an inferno. HERO, a term she loathes. it speaks arrogance and false promise and selfishness. to have it attached to her annihilates the rest of the stranger’s words – it is this that causes her knuckles to whiten, crescent moons forming along the soft skin of her palm – nails tearing through fabric and flesh alike.

          So easy to enrage, this stranger was.           Almost too simple if you ask him. He           was not fazed by her tone, as of most things.            Most would have gladly be called a HERO.           Yet, he knew by her expression, well,           he wouldn't grace it with a description.           Mental manipulation, was something           he was good at. A small grin played            on his lips.

HER LIFE does not revolve around her siblings only. When she was taken from home, she left behind close friends and confidants. Her forced removal from home meant being torn from two of her best friends. ISIOMA UDOKA and NNEKA EJIOFOR were two of most important friends. The three of them grew up together. Each coming from influential Afro-Cuban families, they understood each other’s struggles and bonded over the stress that being an heiress brought. She found that she loved these girls as they supported her in her nontraditional skills. 

Isioma became her friend because, like Agatha, she was denied a carefree childhood. The girls met in Agatha’s first year of school, and never separated. Through breakups and drama, Agatha stood by Isioma. She knew that Isioma was going through things her first generation immigrant parents wouldn’t understand. Instead of isolated her friend, Agatha made sure she was there when times seemed hard.

Nneka, however, became close to Agatha in a different way. They met in Agatha’s middle school years. It was Nneka who led Agatha to question heterosexuality, and eventually decide she was interested in women. For a short time, the women dated, but broke up because they felt like their relationship got in the way of a good friendship. When news of Agatha and her family disappearing reached Nneka, she was devastated, but eventually moved on. It haunts her, still, that an entire family could just up and go away.
