i just uninstalled it and installed it back and it's working normally now! :D though my bands are back to their normal transformation (i did log into my account btw)
Glad to hear it worked! You should be able to get your bands back to their evolved state by clicking on them, then using the arrows to the left and right of them to change their evolution.

yeah it still happening until now. it actually has happened a few weeks back :x at first i thought maybe it's because of the internet connection, but then when i tried to play for the events it went really well
Hm, that’s strange. Try uninstalling and reinstalling and see if that works. Just make sure you have an ID first (and if you know you do, that you remember your username and password).

whenever i tried to play on Tour mode, it won't finish loading but it works really well on events. should i uninstall and install it back? or are there any other options? :O
Hmm, it seems to be working fine for me. I’ve never heard of a problem like this before, aside from when geechs messes up one of the pages and nobody can access it.
Unless that is what happened and it’s fixed now, is it still happening? And/or was anyone else experiencing this?
