8 Dead, Many Injured at Travis Scott's Astroworld 2021 Festival
Damn so crazy and recent. This happened yesterday Friday November 5, 2021 at Travis Scott’s concert. I’ve been reading on the event and watching twitter videos.
Sooooo ppl who was outside the stadium thinking they could buy tickets but it was sold out so they pushed through the fence and so many ppl was running in the fence that some got trampled.
It said ppl were injecting needles with drugs in them to others which caused them to die. A security was trying to help ppl who passed out and someone injected the needle in his neck
There’s a video showing the ambulance siren and Travis says on his microphone “what the hell is that?” then continues on with his concert
There’s also a video of ppl screaming “someone is dead, stop the concert” yet the concert still went on
People were climbing on the ambulance car and dancing on top
Travis was no help, he didn’t even shut down the concert. Guess it’s all about the money. Good luck with all the law suits coming your way :)
Oh and he has a post on twitter CLAIMING he is so devastated about what happen and he supports the PD and is willing to help out with whatever they need him to help with. He thanked the police and said he loved everyone...WHICH is total bullshit. It’s obvious his people wrote that for him. Videos show proof that while the paramedics were trying to save lives Travis was still singing and continuing on with his concert

A musicians perspective.
Im sure we've all seen our fair share of coverage on this story. However it is very interesting to get a filter free no holds barred perspective of a fellow musician and live performer as for some strange reason many of Travis Scott's peers in the music industry have remained silent on this issue. Most intriguing to me is her perspective, much of which has been formed by personal experience, on the dynamics of live stage shows, specifically the audience- performer aspect.
In addition to analyzing the performance- crowd dynamic , Swoop also analyzes Houston ambulance logs and gives a play-by-play moment-by-moment account of what was happening in the crowd as Travis was performing ( these jarring revelations provide intricate details of what took place seconds before and after rapper Drake made a guest appearance on stage).As the lawsuits continue to pour in, more and more people are pondering the effect this ordeal will not only have on Travis's career, but the careers of other artists and musicians as well....especially when it comes to concerts and live performances.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but what happened at the Travis Scott concert wasn’t normal. Eight deaths and hundreds of injuries is not and should not be a common occurrence at concerts…
A person or two passing out at a concert sometimes happens (granted, most performers stop their shows when it does) but not to this extent, so stop trying to act like this was normal.
This drawing is too legit, as ppl were dying in front of him he still continued to perform. Travis and Kylie claims “they weren't aware of all the injuries/deaths”. Yeah they weren’t aware of the on sight medics helping 300 ppl in the front of the concert...so when the concert was over y’all just go past the ppl getting medic help and just *shrugs, not our problem* then go to Drake’s Dave & Busters party.
On another note: Ppl are saying this is all satanic and that he sacrificed 8 ppl, that shit is crazy but he might as well, giving that he didn’t give a flying fuck about the ppl who attended his concert or else he would of shut down the concert once he saw the ambulance sirens
