(Just as a reminder) misogyny and racism is not only about demographics, but mostly it's about power and oppression. Misogyny is not necessarily going to (and it certainly doesn't) only affect men and it's important to call anyone out on their oppressive behavior despite their demographics. I'm just speaking on behalf of misogyny because I do not experience racism, but it is necessary to call people out on these issues despite who they are.
