Minimum Qualifications: 

Degree seeking student.

2.5 semester and cumulative GPA.

Have excellent communication and leadership skills. 

Be able to create a plan of action for each director and goals for the year.

Have the ability to set deadlines for the directors and enforce them.

Be flexible and available to help the directors when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:  

Be familiar with WSU Tri-Cities policies and resources.

Have experience with organizing and leading meetings.

Have experience in scheduling meetings and training for a group of 10-30 people.

Have the ability to make judgement/decisions in sensitive situations and resolve conflicts if they happen.

Must have a 2.5 GPA (both cumulative and semester), enrolled in at least 6 credits, and be a degree seeking student. Cannot serve as a club officer, but may be an active club member. Must prioritize ASWSUTC. Attend at least two workshops hosted by the Career Development Center throughout the year.

Be able to handle multiple priorities, meet established deadlines, and maintain professional behavior. Be committed, passionate, and professional. Be responsible and have a positive attitude.
