at the risk of sounding bitter, i still cannot Believe that wh**ton got rid of the c-store to Make Way for a ~study area~ w pretty chairs and tables and whatever.......they got rid of a lil convenience store selling things like cough medicine and eggs and hygiene supplies and cereal and airborne and ramen and oatmeal and bandaids etc and a place where work study students could work and that was open from afternoon til midnight........so that there could be a Another pretty~ place to sit...........and ngl I am So Bitter about it
#and yeah this is kind of bc im on my period and i have no dark chocolate and the c-store used to sell chocolate chips#:||||||||||||||||||||||#but also. im just always bitter about this#i have never sat in that area by choice on principle#and also bc im petty#they sell some of the hygiene and medicine stuff at the bookstore now (but not groceries)#but the bookstore closes at like 6 and isnt even open on weekends i think??#like!!! sometimes ur up late studying and u skipped dinner and it's 11pm and sam's isSo Expensive but!!#the c-store had ur back!! $1.50 for four cups of ramen! or a box of mac & cheese! or milk and cereal! or eggs! or a frozen pizza!#at 11pm!!!#or mAYBE u come down w a cold in the middle of finals week and u dont have time to go the health cente rAND ITS 11PM#THE C-STORE HAD UR BACK!!!#anyways im always lowkey bitter about this#like cmon whe**on. care for ur low-income students pls. like a lil bit even#not everyone has a car or can pay for an uber or even feels safe doing that#s i gh#i need a college tag
