What a pleasant surprise! I’m so happy you decided to put in ao3. Even if you did publish it in book form I would have wait. I think your story was one of the first fan fics I ever read and not to be cheesy but it definitely showed me there books beyond the ones at a book store

Thank you! Strangely enough, I’ve come to the same realization lately. I’ve had it in my mind that being a published book was this big thing. When in reality, it’s not. I’ve been paralyzed by the idea of editing this story that I already love so much into something that wouldn’t get torn apart by the general population. I’d rather edit it, make it a cleaner more fleshed out product and have it enjoyed by an audience rather than sitting on my computer in fear. I love fan fiction. I love reading it. I love writing it. I’ve finally gotten to a point where I realize I’m a writer even if I don’t get something physically published, if that makes sense.
