Hey I’m glad! I’m in a terrible artist/writers block because. U know, depression probably. Loosing 80% of my income of the next 3 months is hard. But I also know a lot of other people are in this boat too? So I try not to talk too much about it. But, ya its still devastating and making things very hard to work on.When I designed all those keychains even less than a week ago, it was like. A hyperfixation on my artwork. I finished six commissions within a week period, and designed over 15 new keychains. I already know I hyperfixate on my art when things get.... rough. (Last time that happened, was when my dog died right after starting Aftertale. Why do you think it updated so often near the start?)But it all came crashing down and I’ve been sorta sitting on my butt unable to do much at all the last few days. Creative endeavors are an ebb and flow, and absolutely connect to your mental state. Being miserable and trapped indoors, as an exceedingly outdoorsy adventury person... it’s REALLY hard. I’m rambling but this is all just comin out, so here we go!Since I’m not going to my office, I’m having to work in my bedroom, which is just, hell mentally, since it’s also the place I relax. No cafes are open because of the lock down, so I can’t go work at a cafe, and the weather is juuuuust cold enough that I can’t sit out in the park to work on my art, either.
