She’d seen that expression on many an occasion. It was one of fear and intimidation. The fury's ruthless reputation was useful when it came to work, but hardly advantageous when having a regular conversation with shades and other inhabitants of the Underworld. For someone who hasn’t committed an offense against her, there was hardly any need to be afraid. She couldn’t blame the woman for whatever it was that frightened her though. Shades talked. The stories that passed by word of mouth were not always pure exaggeration either. Even so, Meg wasn't here to hurt. Not today. She was here to help.
