It would appear I have been chosen by the lovely mmedemerteuil Rules: In a text post, list ten books that have stayed with you in some way. Don’t take but a few minutes, and don’t think too hard — they don’t have to be the “right” or “great” works, just the ones that have touched you. Tag [ten] friends, including me, so I’ll see your list. Make sure you let your friends know you’ve tagged them.
1) Ender's Game (by Orson Scott Card): My best friend gave me this book in 6th grade and it has traveled with me everywhere. I love it dearly.
2) Beneath The Wheel, also called Prodigy (by Hermann Hesse): I actually just read this book a few weeks ago but... it speaks to me in a way it probably shouldn't.
3) Apathy and Other Small Victories (by Paul Neilan): If I were a drifter, this book would be about me. The way I think is emulated well in this book, and its also super funny.
4) Jennifer Government (by Max Barry): This was the first of Max Barry's books that I read, and I fell in love with both it and his writing almost instantly. Its in a world in which corporations hold all the power, and its one I see arriving very quickly.
5) Machine Man (by Max Barry): The main character of this book achieves something I only dream of. Becoming a cyborg. That about says it all
6) 1984 (by George Orwell): Because I love Big Brother.
7) Les Miserables (by Victor Hugo): This was the only book to make me cry. I love this book.
8) The Amber Spyglass (by Philip Pullman): This book will forever be in my memory because, when I was young, the thought of one man taking on God was... inspiring.
9) Hyperion (by Dan Simmons): This book is phenomenally well written, besides being hands down one of the greatest sci-fi novels I've ever read.
10) The Long Walk (by Stephen King): I just... this book is wonderful and terrible. Quite possibly my favorite Stephen King book.

glad to hear that! :3
ateema replied to your post “see, the real reason that mical has a center part is because he’s...”
I've always loved the idea that Mical is completely oblivious to the fact that he's some sort of walking adonis-type figure.
lmao tiniat saw him hanging out in that spider-infested dungeon reading a fucking book and she was already like "hellooooooo"
hell even atton was into it, until he noticed how tiniat had these anime hearts in her eyes and heard mical talk for more than ten minutes about jedi theory
it takes a long time for mical to get why everyone's always in the common room when he comes out of the fresher in the morning
ateema replied to your post “i refuse to replay hannibal shepard because of everything he did to...”
Atton getting all concerned about the exile tho, like you go to say hello and he starts talking about the change in your face.
and he says that it's not too late to turn back, the dude really does not want you to destroy yourself
and how do i thank him?
by turning him into a sith, just like me ._.
ateema replied to your post “is it time to be rude to atton rand a lot i think it’s time to be...”
The darkside interactions with Atton destroyed me (and him I s2g).

this is gonna suck
So while I didn't get any general headcanon written down, I did throw down a blurb of Revan abandoning his post-game academy on Korriban due to an... unfortunate incident.
The door to Revan’s meditation chamber in the Korriban academy burst open and his five most prominent apprentices barged in. Their leader, a Kel Dor, stopped at the edge of the meditation circle, flanked by two human women on his left, with a Twi’lek and a Muun male on his right.
“Master Revan,” he spoke, his voice dripping with contempt, “your reign here is at an end. Your Jedi past corrupts your teachings. It is time this academy was ruled by true disciples of the dark side.” For a moment Revan remained silent, still sitting in his meditation position. When he finally looked up at his rebellious apprentices, a wave of palpable anger buffeted them, forcing them to take a step backward.
Revan spoke softly, “So. After all I have done for you, this is how it ends. I had hoped for more, at least from you Kan.”
Kan, the Kel Dor, laughed. “You are weak and foolish, old man. Your glory days are over! Under my reign this academy will learn the true meaning of the Force, and the true power of the dark side!”
Revan’s eyes flashed with rage as he slowly stood.
“I gave you knowledge.” He extended his hand toward the woman on the far left, snapped her neck with the Force, and flung her to the side. “I gave you power!” He turned to the right, crushed the Muun’s neck, and launched him against the right wall.
“You could have been GODS!” He yelled.
The three apprentices drew their lightsabers and charged the raging master in front of them.
“I gave you simple rules!” Revan roared, lightning arcing from his fingertips, frying the Twi’lek before he could get his lightsaber up to defend himself and halting the remaining two apprentices as they blocked the barrage.
“Order!” Revan took a step forward. “Obedience!” He took another step. With lightning still surging from his left hand toward Kan, Revan grabbed the remaining woman’s lightsaber with the Force and slowly tilted it backward, overcoming any resistance she put up. As the blade cut through the top of her head she screamed, and then abruptly collapsed to the ground.
His full concentration now on Kan, Revan stopped his lightning and the purple blade of his lightsaber hissed to life.
“We were going to create an Empire,” he seethed, lunging at the Kel Dor, “we were going to bring rise to a new order of Sith! One without the infighting of old!”
Kan dodged to the side, snorting in derision. “The Sith way weeds out the weak! It is how we remain strong!”
Revan roared, swinging his lightsaber toward Kan. “It is what MAKES us weak! We would have won the Civil War if Malak had not betrayed me AS YOU BETRAY ME NOW!”
Their lightsabers connected and before Kan could react Revan gathered the Force around him and pushed the Kel Dor up against the wall, holding him there. He threw his lightsaber forward, the purple blade cutting through the apprentice’s left arm. “You have failed me as so many others have before.”
The lightsaber circled down toward the apprentices left leg.
“So as all those before you, you will pay.”
Kan screamed as the blade cut through his left leg, instantly cauterizing it, and moved on toward the right one.
“I will mount you, still alive, on the wall of my ship, a monument to your own failure!”
The lightsaber quickly sliced through Kan’s two remaining limbs and Revan let him fall to the floor. He lifted the alien up by the neck so they could see eye-to-goggle and Revan growled.
“Because of you this academy, and all within it, will burn. And we will never see this region of space again.”
Revan signalled his comlink and said simply, “Bastila, prepare the ship. We’re leaving.”
I'm on my phone at work so i can't reply, but I now feel much less alone in my darksidedness. When I get home I'll see if I can outline my thoughts. Also, I am always eager to hear about other characters' dark exploits
