As you might already know Irken skin easily gets burned by rain unless he's covered in glue. Now I if ZIM would be out there in the rain without glue he'd obviously scream his squeedly-spooch out but yeah. Being covered in glue I guess ZIM kinda acts normal to it, trying to study the rain and see what it does. I don't think he really cares.
