🚨BREAKING VIDEO: Scenes from the stabbing terror attack in Ateret, West Bank/Judea and Samaria, in which two IDF soldiers were lightly injured. The Palestinian terrorist was shot and killed.

🔪 Update on earlier today's stabbing attack, that took place near the community of Ateret. Surveillance cameras used to protect the community identified a suspect approaching from the Bayt Rima area (not sharing here). IDF soldiers were dispatched and began a security check, during which the terrorist stabbed two soldiers. The troops responded with live fire and eliminated him. The two soldiers were lightly wounded and evacuated to hospital for treatment, and their families have been informed. Security forces have since secured the nearby area of ’Arura, and checkpoints were set up in surrounding villages as IDF activity continues.

🚨 Terror Shooting Attack in the Binyamin Region: Arab terrorists opened fire at an Israeli vehicle near Ateret, north of Ramallah this morning. 

A 27-year-old Jewish mother sitting in the backseat of the car with her month and a half old baby was shot in the shoulder. 

Her husband, the driver, was thankfully armed and returned fire, chasing off the terrorists who carried out the attack from a passing vehicle. The family continued driving until it reached Israeli medics who evacuated the wounded mother to the hospital. She is listed in light condition.

Photos show bullet holes in the family’s windshield and an MDA medic with the baby that was saved in the terror attack.

This photo captures a beautiful moment from the process of making fig marmalade. I found it in a cookbook next to the recipe (which had no photo documentation of the finished marmalade). It was taken by photographer Nelli Sheffer, choosing to focus more on the aesthetics of the work process and less on the result. I like the way he uses the natural kitchen light and his interesting composition choices.
