Our tub is leaking!

All I needed on top of a stressful day of auditions was to have my lavender bath start to leak water onto the tiles in the bathroom. I've called a contractor but now I'm just frustrated with half-wet hair...

I forgot how boring waiting for auditions was... I've just been spending hours going over my monologue and warming up. Sometimes I wish I had a few solid Broadway gigs in my back pocket that made me like... Bernadette Peters and no one would ever ask me to audition, they would just offer me parts...

I have the afternoon to myself!

It's a nice feeling to be totally free for an afternoon. I think I'm going to use the time for a little relaxation - I think I still have a face pack in the bathroom. If anyone needs me... don't be surprised if my zen bubble makes it hard for me to hear my phone vibrate.

Some days feel so much longer than others

And today fell into the former category. At least now I get to go home and cuddle with Fiyero. And maybe catch up on all the episodes of Grey's Anatomy I've been missing.

Coffee couldn't keep me awake right now...

I've had so many this week, but it obviously means more opportunities to get a role, plus I have the audition from last week to hear back from! All very nerve-wracking but it's part of the buzz acting gives me!

Forgive my absence

My daddies had a small personal crisis back home and I had to rush back for it all. When I got out there, I just decided to extend my visit a little and, now we've gone over every part of my life with a microscope, I think that New York is calling me back and away from the watchful eye of my wonderful, if slightly overbearing, fathers. Thankfully the lead was on top form, so I didn't miss any opportunities to perform. Now I'm back in the city, it's auditions, auditions, auditions! What a joy to be a struggling actress... If anyone has an questions or comments, please send them to me and I'll answer them as soon as possible!

Got the best kind of last minute news today!

I, Kurt Hummel, will be taking a trip to Paris for the next week and a half to attend the end of Fashion Week and to help out Vogue.fr with some of their New York articles!

I'm so excited and nervous at the same time. I have to pack!!

I opened my apartment door to flowers this morning...

It was such a lovely gesture to get two dozen roses on Valentine's day! Jesse's so thoughtful!
