Question to discuss:

Atheists if you believe the universe was created by the big bang, what do you think happened before it?

You: I'm not atheist

Stranger: well... I'm ruled out by the first bit.

Stranger: So what are you then?

You: I believe in God, I'm a theistic believer

Stranger: ah so a belief in god, but not a specific god?

You: Specifically, I believe in Jesus Christ...

Stranger: If you believe in your heart, than proclaim with your mouth brother

Stranger: *or sister

You: I am............u asked me what am I? then I answered that, brotha

Stranger: So you're Christian then?

You: yes I am

Stranger: "Theistic believer" is such watered down term though!

You: its referring to people believe in God and the opposite of atheistic...right

You: that's what I learned in my ethics class.

Stranger: hrm. I suppose. It's just so much more simpler to say Christian. Theistic believer suits it's purpose I suppose.

Stranger: Ethics class?

You: yes.....

You: based on the principal of the universe there are 2...theistic and atheistic. so, I answered that :)

Stranger: ha ha well I suppose I understand better now.

Stranger: It's a good feeling to find another Christian out there on the interwebs

Stranger: I herald from the land of the Midwest. South Dakota to be precise. And yourself?

You: From Indonesia, live in Philippines.

Stranger: Cool!

Stranger: So how is christmas in the philippines?

You: It's started from last September.....there's a lot of tradition for christmas here

Stranger: O really? like what? I know it varies from place to place

You: yes......there are some kids who sing from house to house, fireworks, street decoration...

Stranger: fireworks! At Christmastime! freaking sweet!

Stranger: So it goes to the 25 of December then?

You: yup...ehehe

Stranger: I cannot tell you how jealous I am of your Christmas-celebrating system.

Stranger: I typically start listening to Christmas music in September and everyone gives me strange looks

You: U should come to Philippines then, hahaha

You: hahah it's normal here...because its already SeptemBERRRRRRRRR\

Stranger: precisely. It's decided. I'm leaving the frigid midwest for the philippines, perhaps to come back to South Dakota for the snow in december.

You: ahahah cool1

Stranger: yup

You: hahah yeah....u shud visit me then

Stranger: I'll add you to the list of sights to see in the Philippines ha ha

You: lol, yeah

Stranger: Well, As you may know there is a bit of a difference in time between The US and the Philippines. Thus I must bid you adieu. but before I go. Any prayers?

You: Ahh u should pray for people in the Philippines, a disaster just happened couple days ago....it was storm and flooding here in some places.

You: that's it :)

Stranger: Great scott. You okay? We're so freaking detached from the rest of the world over here, not one of my favorite parts of America.
