How would M feel about MC baking their pups some healthy homemade dog treats? Checking in with M for any allergens or interolances ahead, of course!

They’d be so happy, and touched, that someone would be willing to do that for Athena and Kodiak. The quickest way to get into their heart (like the MC isn’t already directly in the center already) is to care for their fur babies.

You’d definitely have a grateful M on your hands and they’d probably make something for you in return.

I keep thinking about M coming home after a particularly long, tiring day at work to find MC and the pups all in a big cuddle pile waiting for them.

I could totally see that too! The only doggo that would be missing would be Athena, however. As she always waits for M at the door (somehow always knowing when they’re about to come home).

I think M would adore joining that cuddle pile after they’ve done everything they need to do.

Would ROs be jealous of their own pets if MC is really affectionate with them? Like caressing, talking, spoiling them with treats and so on. Would they playfully pout/complain and "demand" some affection too?

Michael/Margot: Not even the slightest bit. In fact if you treat their dogs in such a manner you’ll endear yourself to them even more (if that’s possible).

Blaine/Blaire: They have a fish. They’d be more impressed than anything.

Wren/Wynn: Wouldn’t mind all that much but they’d also want your attention too. Though they’re more than fine with sharing said attention with Fiji too.

Nicholas/Natalie: Beau is the star of the house. They wouldn’t be surprised by it at all and they’d find it cute.

We know M gets Kodiak from the adoption fair. Is Athena also a rescue? What about Beau?

Athena didn’t come from an adoption fair, no. Regina’s friend had a litter of puppies and she asked Regina if she, or anyone she knew, would like one. M was curious and she found Athena; it was love at first sight for them both.

Beau sort of just found N when they were taking a morning walk along a trail. He just wouldn’t leave them be— not that they would have let a puppy wander back into the woods— and they took him home. The rest is history.

Athena and Beau were absolutely adorable together when they were younger. They still are to this day.

The things M does in a rainy day are so 🥺💖

My MC would love to make them company (if they want to). Painting together, asking them to teach them to play the piano, help them make the treats. Would M like it? Or they prefer to entertain themselves alone (to recharge for example)?

M does a variety of things when they’re able to have the day off (and don’t have any prior engagements with their family). If you’re close enough with them then they don’t mind at all if you were to join them in their activities. They usually read by the fireplace, with Athena in her bed, and a glass of red (or white) wine situated next to them. And they’d especially love it if you helped them with making Athena treats; it’s one of the quickest ways to their heart. (I’ll describe what they do when they’re painting or doing art beneath the cut.)

And they’d be more than happy to teach you the piano. It’s one of the few things they know how to do that they actively enjoy doing.

Margot usually wears her hair in a messy bun when she’s painting:

While Michael’s is just a bit more unkept than it normally is.

And they usually wear an old T-Shirt (that has puns or jokes on it courtesy of Dean… usually with some reference to their career) with simple sweatpants… not the usual ensemble you’d see from them.

They also just have a shirt with Dean’s face on it that Dean found super funny for some reason.

Oh, I'm super interested in 50 (insecurities) for everybody including Gabby!

Do they have any insecurities?

Kade/Kara: Their smile. They had to have braces all through middle school— which people teased them for— and ever since they’ve been really hesitant with flashing a full grin (even though their smile is one of their prettiest features).

Michael/Margot: They have a varying amount of insecurities. One of them being that they’re not good-looking enough to be a part of their family (which is why they’re also towards the back in family photos… unless Juliette or Regina has them stand besides them).

Blaine/Blaire: They’re insecure about how loud they can be at times. Their kids love it but they have a hard time turning off that part of teacher-mode. They’re also fairly excitable… which they also have some insecurities about.

Wren/Wynn: Their stoicism has an odd relationship with them. They hate not being able to express things sometimes but their eyes usually do the rest of the work. They have very trusting eyes which helps when they don’t wish to show their true feelings (more of it).

Nicholas/Natalie: Mostly about their social skills… they have never truly been the best at meeting new people and making friends (unless it has to do with their work). Which is why they mainly stick with Beau, M, and Athena.

Gabriel/Gabriella: The scar on their hip— from their time in the military— is a big insecurity for them because of how people have looked at it in the past. They’ll usually try to cover it up now.
